(WNY News Now) – Dunkirk, NY – Narcotics Investigators from the City of Dunkirk Police Department, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, and City of Jamestown Police Department collaborated in executing search warrants at 408 Plover St. and 54 E. 6th St. on January 31st. The coordinated effort led to the apprehension of three individuals and the seizure of 15.6 grams of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and $1921.00 in US currency.
In a joint operation, Dunkirk Police SRT and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s SWAT entered the locations, resulting in charges against Chastity M. Martinez, Antony J. Alvarez-Luna, and Alejandro Gonzalez-Virola. The individuals face charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Nuisance.
All three suspects are in custody and will be arraigned in Dunkirk City Court.
