(WNY News Now) – A 33 year old man from West Seneca, New York, pleaded not guilty to a comprehensive indictment, facing charges including Reckless Endangerment, Possession of Stolen Property, Grand Larceny, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Fleeing, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Reckless Driving.

Anthony Choate entered his plea regarding an incident on August 4, 2023, in Ellicottville, where he allegedly possessed stolen property, engaged recklessly in conduct risking another’s life, and resisted arrest. The charges involve Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Fleeing of a Police Officer, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Reckless Driving. The case has been adjourned for motions.
