    Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert

    Janina Otwinowski is a 78-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia who may be in need of medical attention. She was last seen on Foote Ave in the city of Jamestown, Chautauqua County, at 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 1. Janina was last seen wearing a tan jacket, blue turtleneck, and gray sweatpants. She is believed to be on foot or may take a bus.
