(WNY News Now) – A 44-year-old Olean NY, man was apprehended on January 22, 2024, at 6:20 pm, due to an active bench warrant and an arrest warrant from the City of Batavia Police Department.
In a recent incident on January 22, 2024, at 6:20 pm, Olean resident Brian J. Hawkins, 44, was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants. The arrest was made in connection with an active bench warrant and an arrest warrant issued by the City of Batavia Police Department. Hawkins was efficiently transported to the Tractor Supply in Arcade, where he was then handed over to the City of Batavia Police Department. The warrants were related to unspecified charges, and Hawkins was held in custody, awaiting legal proceedings.
