(WNY News Now) – In a recent development on January 25, 2024, at 8:40 PM, a 19 year old man from Falconer was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office in Randolph, NY, following a bench warrant issued by the Town of Conewango.

Evan D. Frey was apprehended at 269 Main St., Randolph, on charges related to a CPL 530.70 violation. Frey, residing at 18 N Work St., Falconer, NY, was arraigned and subsequently released, with a scheduled appearance in the Town of Conewango Court for further proceedings.
