(WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old Buffalo resident was apprehended by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on Allegany Rd in the Town of Hanover on 02/04/2024 at 5:01 PM.
The sheriff’s office conducted the stop, revealing Brian W. Klos, 41, to be intoxicated while operating the vehicle. Charges include DWI, Driving While Intoxicated; Per Se, Operating out of Ignition Interlock Restriction, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd, along with speeding over 55 MPH zone. Brian W. Klos was subsequently released with tickets to appear in the Town of Hanover Court on a later date.
