(WNY News Now) – Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb confirmed the arrest of a 43 year old man in Little Valley, NY, on 1/29/24 at 2:30 PM on a bench warrant issued by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed the arrest of David J. Nickola at 303 Court St, Little Valley. The 43-year-old Olean resident was taken into custody following a bench warrant issued by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. Nickola was subsequently transported to Springville and handed over to Erie County authorities.
