(WNY News Now) – A 45-year-old Jamestown City resident is being held pending arraignment on charges of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd following a domestic dispute on 2/4/24.

Responding to a disturbance call on the city’s north side at 1310 hours, officers discovered Adam L. Ciccarella allegedly violated an Order of Protection and threatened physical harm to the victim. The victim reported the disorderly conduct, leading to Ciccarella’s arrest. The charges include Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd. Ciccarella is currently held in Jamestown City Court awaiting arraignment.
