(WNY News Now) – A 67-year-old Jamestown resident is facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) after a property damage accident at Cole Ave/Foote Ave on 2/2/24.

On the evening of 2/2/24, Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a two-car motor vehicle collision at Cole Ave/Foote Ave. Investigation revealed that Donald A. Myers was driving under the influence, leading to charges of Failure to Keep Right, DWI with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more. Myers, taken into custody, has been released on an appearance ticket pending a court appearance at Jamestown City Court.
