(WNY News Now) – On February 5th, 2024, a 34 year old man was arrested by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office after allegedly endangering lives and causing property damage. He now faces charges of Reckless Endangerment In The Second Degree and Criminal Mischief In The Fourth Degree.

Mayville, NY – A routine response to a suspicious situation complaint on February 5th, 2024, led Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office deputies to the arrest of Bayshawn Barlow, a 34-year-old resident of Mayville. Following an investigation, Barlow was accused of recklessly endangering lives and causing damage to another’s property.

Barlow now faces charges of Reckless Endangerment In The Second Degree and Criminal Mischief In The Fourth Degree. After the arrest, he was taken to Mayville for processing and subsequently transported to Chautauqua County Jail for CAP. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the incident.
