Driver Arrested for DWI After Vehicle Found Parked on Marvin Rd

(WNY News Now) – A 24-year old Harborcreek, PA man was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the Town of French Creek after locating his vehicle obstructing Marvin Rd.

In the early hours of February 10, 2024, authorities discovered a vehicle obstructing Marvin Rd in the Town of French Creek. The driver, identified as Kyle Scarpino of Harborcreek, PA, was found to be intoxicated upon investigation. Scarpino, aged 24, was consequently arrested and charged with DWI, DWI per se, and No Stopping/Standing on Highway offenses. Following the arrest, Scarpino was released with tickets to attend the Town of French Creek Court at a later date.
