(WNY News Now) – A 34-year-old resident of Jamestown was arrested on charges of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (DWAI) and traffic violations following an incident on 2/9/24 at 7:07 p.m. on W. 23rd St/Washington Ave.

Officers observed Steven A. Gustafson Solinger’s vehicle traveling on Fluvanne Ave without headlights or tail lights. Upon initiating a traffic stop, they found him to be under the influence.
