(WNY News Now) – Town of Mina – On Feb. 11, 2024, at 7:21 am, a 27-year-old Uhrichsville, OH, woman was arrested after her vehicle collided with a utility pole on Route 426 in the Town of Mina. No injuries were reported.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about a motor vehicle accident on Route 426 in the Town of Mina at 7:21 AM on Feb. 11, 2024. The driver, Rachel E. James, was allegedly found to be impaired by drugs.

The charges filed against her include driving while ability impaired by drugs, speeding not reasonable and prudent, and failure to maintain lane. James, an Ohio resident, is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mina court at a later date.
