(WNY News Now) – On Feb. 9, 2024 at 8:59 pm, Jamestown Police’s Violence Interdiction Unit stopped a vehicle on Newland Ave and Barrett Ave for an alleged traffic infraction. Two occupants were found in possession of methamphetamine.

The Jamestown Police Department’s Violence Interdiction Unit, on Feb. 9, 2024, stopped a vehicle on Newland Ave and Barrett Ave at 8:59 pm due to an alleged traffic infraction. Sandra L. Pavlock, 44, and Kelsy A. Staszewski, 35, were identified as occupants. A subsequent investigation revealed the possession of methamphetamine, leading to their arrest without incident.

Sandra faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and is held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. Meanwhile, Kelsy was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, along with traffic citations. She was released with an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court at a later date.
