    (WNY News Now) – On Feb. 15, 2024. the Jamestown Police Department arrested a 53-year-old Jamestown man on charges of 2nd-degree strangulation after he allegedly choked a victim into unconsciousness.

    On Feb. 15, 2024 at 12:12 A.M., Jamestown Police’s 3rd platoon swiftly responded to a domestic dispute on the Northside. The victim was found unconscious after allegedly being choked by Chris L. Freeney. Freeney was promptly taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment on the charge of 2nd-degree strangulation.
