    (WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old Jamestown resident was apprehended by Jamestown Police on 2/14/24 at 7:55 PM on Park St., facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI Per Se, Broken Windshield, and Open Container.

    During a routine traffic stop for a violation on Park St., Jamestown Police discovered that Tracey L. Wynn was operating her vehicle under the influence. She was promptly transported to Jamestown City Jail, processed, and released with traffic tickets. Wynn awaits arraignment, and her case is set to be heard in Jamestown City Court. The charges against her include Driving While Intoxicated, DWI Per Se, Broken Windshield, and Open Container. The incident occurred at 7:55 PM, and Wynn is currently held pending arraignment.
