The City of Olean Department of Public Works Streets Division has scheduled a lane closure on Constitution Avenue from Buffalo Street to Barkz on February 22, 2024, starting at 2 am for shoulder cleanup. Flagmen will be on-site to direct traffic during the operation, expected to conclude by 8 am. While every effort will be made to reopen lanes promptly, motorists are advised to exercise caution and consider alternate routes.
