(WNY News Now) – A 25-year-old Olean, NY, resident was apprehended on February 19th, 2024, for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) during a routine traffic stop on Route 417 in Portville.

In an incident on the mentioned date at 22:28 hrs, local authorities took Isaman into custody after discovering signs of intoxication. The arrest transpired during a traffic stop conducted by law enforcement on Route 417 in the Town of Portville. Following the apprehension, Isaman was promptly transported to the Olean Police Department for a chemical test.

Post-testing, Isaman was then conveyed to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Olean Substation for further processing. Subsequently, Isaman was processed and released with multiple uniform traffic tickets. The 25-year-old is expected to appear in the Town of Portville Court at a later date for the continuation of legal proceedings.
