(WNY News Now) – Falconer, NY – A 54-year-old Jamestown woman was arrested on Feb. 23, 2024 at 10:30 PM at a Falconer hotel on E Main St for the possession of heroin.
Officers responded to a call about a suspicious situation, leading to the discovery of Tonya L. Earley, 54, alleged possession of a controlled substance. She was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott court, charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
The incident occurred at a hotel on E Main St in Falconer.
