(WNY News Now) – Town of Sheridan – A motor vehicle accident in the Town of Sheridan on March 1, 2024, has led to charges against a local woman after an investigation revealed she was following too closely, resulting in a collision.
Deputies responded to the accident on Route 20 at 3:04 pm, with two individuals subsequently transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Kerri L. Page, a 38-year-old female from the Town of Hanover, faces charges of Following Too Closely (1129a) and Moved From Lane Unsafely (1128a). She will appear in the Town of Sheridan Court at a later date.
