(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In the early hours of March 02, 2024, Jamestown Police engaged in a vehicle pursuit resulting in the arrest of three Jamestown men on charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and traffic violations.
On March 02, 2024, at 1:43 am, Jamestown Police officers from the 3rd Platoon initiated a Traffic Stop at the intersection of Jefferson and W 7th Street, targeting a gold sedan for observed traffic violations. The suspect vehicle failed to comply, leading to a pursuit that concluded on Washington Street near W 10th St.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle’s occupants, identified as Jamie L. Warner (driver), Bryan D. Knapp, and Willie C. Graham, were allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl. Jamie L. Warner faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, alongside multiple traffic citations. Bryan D. Knapp is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree.
Willie C. Graham faces multiple charges, including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, 2 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
All three individuals, Graham, Warner, and Knapp, are held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
The defendants are faces allegations and are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
