(WNY News Now) – A 35-year old man was arrested on Feb. 14, 2024, at 3:15 PM by Ellicott Police, following the execution of an arrest warrant, on charges of Criminal Contempt 2nd, Petit Larceny, and Harassment 2nd, related to an incident on Aug. 25, 2023.

Ellicott Police acted on an arrest warrant, detaining James R Tuttle, 35, on Feb. 14, 2024, at 3:15 PM. Tuttle faces charges stemming from an incident on Aug. 25, 2023, including Criminal Contempt 2nd, Petit Larceny, and Harassment 2nd.
