(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance in Hanover on February 29th, 2024, resulting in the arrest of a 22-year-old male, who now faces charges including Criminal Mischief, Petit Larceny, and Harassment.
On the evening of February 29th, 2024, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office swiftly responded to reports of an altercation in the Town of Hanover at approximately 9:16 p.m. The investigation revealed that Joseph D. Miller, 22, allegedly engaged in unwanted physical contact and caused property damage.
Miller was apprehended without incident and has been charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Petit Larceny, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. He is currently in custody, awaiting a CAP arraignment at the Chautauqua County Jail.
