(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In a joint operation on March 5th, 2024, the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, along with the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team, executed a search warrant at 212 Price Street Lower Apartment, resulting in the arrest of two Jamestown men.

During the raid, law enforcement allegedly discovered 34.0 grams of fentanyl, $427.00 in USC, drug paraphernalia, Alprazolam, a stolen rifle, and a shotgun. Juan A. Gutierrez faces charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Francisco J. Gutierrez is charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Both are currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.

The operation involved collaboration with Jamestown Police Department SWAT, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Chautauqua County Emergency Services Tac Meds, and Jamestown Fire Department.
