(WNY News Now) – Kiantone – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responds to a motor vehicle accident on Peck Settlement Rd and Rt 60 in Kiantone, leading to the arrest of a 67-year-old man for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI per se, and Following Too Closely.
On March 1, 2024, at 8:13 pm, authorities were dispatched to an intersection accident involving Robert R. Mizell. Subsequent investigation revealed Mizell was allegedly in a state of intoxication, resulting in charges of DWI, DWI per se, and Following Too Closely.
The incident will be adjudicated in the Kiantone Court at a later date.
