(WNY News Now) – A 33-year-old female, was apprehended by Jamestown police on March 7, 2024, at approximately 6:40 PM, after allegedly violating a valid Stay Away Order of Protection. She now faces charges of Criminal Contempt 1st degree.

Jamestown, NY – On the evening of March 7, 2024, officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a South Side address for a reported larceny complaint. While investigating the incident, officers observed Kristen L. Pattison leaving the residence of the victim, a violation of a valid Stay Away Order of Protection. The 33-year-old woman, previously convicted of Aggravated Criminal Contempt, was promptly taken into custody without incident.

Currently held, Pattison awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court. The charges against her include Criminal Contempt 1st degree.
