(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 43-year-old Newark, DE, man was released with traffic tickets after being arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on Front St. during a routine traffic stop at 11:27 PM on March 7, 2024.
Jamestown Police apprehended Jared I. Card for alleged traffic violations on March 7, 2024, leading to the discovery of his alleged intoxicated state during the investigation. The 43-year-old Newark resident was taken to Jamestown City Jail and subsequently released with traffic tickets. Card faces charges of DWI, No Seatbelt, and Speed in Zone. The case is scheduled for Jamestown City Court.
