(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 31-year-old Jamestown resident faces charges of Petit Larceny after allegedly shoplifting three makeup kits from Tops Markets at 738 Foote Ave on March 12, 2024.
Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at Tops Markets on 738 Foote Ave around 3:37 PM. Investigation revealed that Kimberlee L. Chapman allegedly stole three makeup kits by concealing them up her sleeve and leaving the store without paying. The suspect was later apprehended at her South Side residence. Chapman was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where she was booked and subsequently released on an appearance ticket. The case is set to be heard at Jamestown City Court on a later date.
