(WNY News Now) – A 30-year old Jamestown woman was arrested on March 12, 2024, for an outstanding bench warrant and possession of methamphetamine, following an observation by officers of the Jamestown Police Department.

On March 12, 2024, at approximately 6:20 pm, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon encountered Jessica L. McAdoo near the intersection of North Main St. and East 5th St. Aware of multiple active warrants against her, the officers apprehended McAdoo without resistance. A subsequent search revealed a quantity of methamphetamine in her possession, resulting in an additional charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. McAdoo is currently held in Jamestown city jail pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
