(WNY News Now) – A 54-year-old resident of Jamestown was arrested on charges of Criminal Contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection at the Tim Hortons located at 21 S Main St on March 14, 2024, at 3:30 p.m.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a report of an order of protection violation at Tim Hortons in Brooklyn Square. Upon investigation, it was determined that Kimberly A. Fuller had breached a stay-away order against the victim. She was swiftly apprehended near the scene and taken into custody. Fuller is currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court, facing charges of Criminal Contempt 2nd.
