The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Benjamin J. Sebzda, 38, of Jamestown, NY, following a vehicle pursuit in the Town of Cold Spring.
On March 30, 2024, at approximately 10:15 AM, law enforcement responded to a complaint in the Town of Cold Spring, leading to a vehicle pursuit. Benjamin J. Sebzda was apprehended and charged with several offenses, including Unlawful Fleeing of a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree, and two counts of Felony Driving While Intoxicated, among others. Sebzda, with a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years, was arraigned and is currently held pending further legal proceedings.
