On March 31, 2024, Douglas Blicharz was taken into custody after an encounter with law enforcement. Allegedly violating an Order of Protection, Blicharz faced charges of Harassment 2nd and Criminal Contempt. Following processing, he was arraigned in the Town of Hinsdale court. Subsequently, Blicharz was released pending his appearance in the Town of Olean Court at a later date.
