On April 7, 2024, law enforcement responded to a domestic disturbance at 10480 Jamestown Rd. in Napoli, NY, where Kenneth Grainer was taken into custody. Grainer, 29, faced charges of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Following processing at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Grainer appeared in Little Valley Town Court and was subsequently released on his own recognizance.
