Jeremy S. Gross Jr., a 20-year-old Jamestown resident, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a DWI investigation conducted by officers of the 1st Platoon on April 20, 2024, at approximately 8:27 AM.

Gross Jr. came under police scrutiny after reports of a vehicle driving erratically along Allen St/Willard St. Officers observed multiple traffic violations before conducting a traffic stop, identifying Gross Jr. as the driver. Subsequent investigations confirmed his intoxication, leading to charges including DWI, DWI Per Se, Failed to Keep Right, and Consumption/Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.

After being taken into custody and undergoing a chemical breath test, Gross Jr. was found to have a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit. He was processed at the City Jail and released with an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court.
