(WNY News Now) – Gerry, NY – Authorities responded to a reported shoplifting incident at Country Fair, located at 4464 Rt 60, Gerry NY, on April 20, 2024, resulting in the identification of a 32 male from Cassadaga NY, as the suspect.
Deputies were dispatched to Country Fair in Gerry around 12:45 PM on April 20, 2024, following reports of a shoplifting incident. Upon arrival, law enforcement officers identified the suspect, Brandon D. Echevarria, matching the description provided. Following an investigation, it was alleged that Echevarria had stolen property from the store.
Echevarria, 32, hailing from Cassadaga NY, was subsequently issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Gerry court to answer to the charge at a later date.
