(WNY News Now) – Mayville, NY. – Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Chautauqua County has revealed details of its 16th Annual Come to the Table fundraiser, scheduled for Thursday, May 9 at The Chautauqua Suites in Mayville, NY.
CASA of Chautauqua County is gearing up for its highly anticipated 16th Annual Come to the Table fundraiser, set to take place on Thursday, May 9 at The Chautauqua Suites in Mayville, NY. Doors will open at 5 p.m., with the live table auction commencing at 6:30 p.m.
The event promises an evening filled with excitement, entertainment, and opportunities to support a worthy cause. Attendees can secure tickets at the door for $20, granting them access to a delightful array of offerings including hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment by the Jamestown High School Chamber Orchestra, raffles, and the chance to participate in the live table auction, along with the opportunity to win enticing door prizes.
A highlight of the evening will be the live table auction, featuring themed tablescapes generously designed and donated by local CASA supporters. Themes range from the whimsical “Nothing Comes B4 Bingo” to the elegant “Summer in the Hamptons: A Rosé-Infused Tablescape.” Guests will have the chance to bid on these captivating creations throughout the evening.
Among the coveted items up for auction is a 7-night stay in a private condo in Myrtle Beach, offering guests a luxurious getaway experience. Additionally, attendees can vie for unique experiences such as the “Heroes Dinner with Jamestown Fire Department” and the thrilling “Who Done It” Murder Mystery Dinner at the historic 1860’s Victorian manor, ‘The RED House’ in Cassadaga.
The event will also serve as an occasion to recognize and honor community members, organizations, and CASA volunteers for their exceptional contributions to the program. Notable awards include the Donna Vanstrom Volunteer of the Year Award, the Mary Rogers Heart of CASA Award, and the Robert (Bob) Schnizler Justice for Children Award.
Attendees will have the opportunity to support the Mary Rogers Heart of CASA Fund, aimed at providing educational resources and support to children in need. Moreover, local businesses and organizations are encouraged to participate through event sponsorships, which offer prominent visibility and recognition.
