(WNY News Now) – Jamestown Police detained two local residents near Institute St. on April 24 at 6:18 pm, resulting in charges of criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance.
On April 24, around 6:18 pm, Jamestown Police officers on a routine patrol near Institute St. and E. 1st St. apprehended Megan M. Truver, 30, and Thomas J. Mann, 32, for trespassing on property owned by the Western New York and Pennsylvania Railroad LLC.
During the arrest, officers discovered both individuals were allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Consequently, Truver and Mann faced charges of criminal trespass in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
Both were released with appearance tickets.
