On May 5, 2024, at 6:49 AM, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies rushed to Main St, Sinclairville, NY, following reports of an ongoing assault. Upon investigation, it was found that Jeremiah Haas, 46, from Sinclairville, had allegedly struck another individual with a baseball bat, causing physical harm. Haas was promptly apprehended and charged with third-degree assault. Subsequently, he was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
