(WNY News Now) – Frewsburg, NY -A man was arrested on W Main Street in Frewsburg for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance after being found with cocaine during a routine traffic stop.
On May 3rd, 2024, at 7:46 AM, Brook A. Patterson, born on September 14, 1985, was apprehended by Carroll Police on W Main Street, Frewsburg, NY 14738. Patterson’s vehicle caught the attention of authorities, leading to a check revealing an outstanding warrant from the City of Jamestown.
During the arrest, officers discovered Patterson in possession of cocaine, resulting in additional charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. Patterson was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree.
He was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Carroll Court but was subsequently taken to Jamestown due to the outstanding warrant. The Carroll Police received assistance from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office in executing the arrest.
