(WNY News Now) – Town of Charlotte – A 47-year-old male from Sinclairville, NY, faces charges of Unlawful Dissemination or Publication of an Intimate Image following an incident in the Town of Charlotte.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report concerning an incident in the Town of Charlotte. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Sean P. Hugney for allegedly sharing a private image of an adult without their consent, a violation of New York State Penal Law 245.15. Hugney was taken into custody and is scheduled for arraignment at the County Jail.
