Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb of Cattaraugus County reported a domestic incident on April 30, 2024, resulting in the arrest of James R. Eberle Jr., 59, of 10480 Jamestown Rd. Napoli NY 14755, who was later released on his own recognizance.
On April 30th, 2024, at 8:54 PM, James R. Eberle Jr. was apprehended following a domestic incident report. Eberle Jr., the complainant, underwent investigation leading to his arrest. He was then processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and taken to Town of Little Valley Court for arraignment under charges NYS PL 121.11 and 240.26-1. Eberle Jr. was subsequently released on his own recognizance.
