(WNY news Now) – Jamestown, NY – A Chautauqua County woman was apprehended by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Narcotics Investigators and Jamestown Police Department after a felony narcotics arrest warrant was executed at 11 Hammond St., Jamestown, NY, on May 7th, 2024.

On May 7th, 2024, law enforcement officers from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Narcotics Investigators and Jamestown Police Department apprehended Rebecca A. States following a felony narcotics arrest warrant. This warrant originated from a prior Search Warrant conducted at 11 Hammond St., Jamestown, NY, on March 18th, 2024. During the execution of the warrant in March, authorities allegedly seized approximately 3.3 grams of cocaine, 15.9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and scales believed to be used in the packaging and distribution of narcotics.

Rebecca A. States faces charges including Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Following her apprehension, States was arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court.
