Kenneth Mosley Sr., a 41-year-old resident of Northside Jamestown, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, Harassment 2nd, and Disorderly Conduct following a domestic incident on May 9, 2024.
On May 9, 2024 around 10:00 PM, Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a reported fight at a Northside address. Kenneth Mosley Sr. was identified as the primary aggressor and displayed violent behavior towards others in the presence of officers. He also violated an order of protection during the incident. Mosley was taken into custody without resistance and held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. The charges against Mosley include Criminal Contempt 1st, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment 2nd. He remains in custody at the Jamestown City Jail facility as legal proceedings continue.
