An altercation on Old Hanover Rd resulted in multiple charges against Robert L. Lyman, 30, including Criminal Contempt 1st, Unlawful Imprisonment, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Harassment 2nd.
Chautauqua County Sheriff Department and New York State Police responded to a disturbance on May 10, 2024 at 1:40 pm. Investigations revealed Lyman’s involvement in the incident. He was taken into custody and booked at CCJ for CAP Arraignment. The Town of Hanover court will oversee the proceedings with additional charges anticipated.
