Chelese E Pattyson, a 31-year-old female, has been arrested and held pending arraignment for making a punishable false written statement regarding an alleged assault incident on the east side of Jamestown City.
Chelese E Pattyson was arrested on May 10, 2024 after police responded to reports of an assault around 11:30 pm. Investigations revealed that Pattyson had falsely accused a male individual, who was incarcerated at the Chautauqua County Jail at the time of the alleged incident, making it impossible for him to have committed the crime. Pattyson signed a false statement, leading to her arrest on charges of Making a Punishable False Written Statement. She was taken into custody without issue and is awaiting arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
