The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel L. Gabel, 81, of Dayton, on a warrant from the Town of Little Valley. Gabel was taken into custody under CPL 530.70. He was arraigned and subsequently released. Gabel is scheduled to appear in the Town of Little Valley court at a later date.
