On May 4, 2024, at approximately 12:32 PM, deputies arrested Kylene M. Hellriegel, 39, of Jamestown, NY, during an unrelated incident on Fourth St., Little Valley. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Hellriegel had an active bench warrant issued by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies transported Hellriegel to a secure location where she was handed over to Chautauqua County authorities for further court proceedings. Hellriegel faces charges under CPL 530.70.
