(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County, NY – In an effort to better serve veterans and their families, Steve G. McCord, Director of Cattaraugus County Veterans Services, announces his availability at various locations throughout the county.

McCord, the Director of Cattaraugus County Veterans Services, is set to engage with veterans and their families at several convenient locations throughout the county. Offering insights into VA benefit laws, the VA Healthcare System, and addressing any concerns or queries, McCord’s itinerant schedule for June has been released.

Locations include American Legion Post in Gowanda, VFW Post in Little Valley, and the Town Clerk’s Office in Franklinville. Sessions will run from 1:30 to 4:00 pm on specific dates in June.

Notably, due to prior commitments, McCord will not be available in Randolph this month. However, veterans can access services at the Olean office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, by appointment only.

To schedule an appointment, veterans can call (716) 701-3298. McCord emphasizes that if no appointments are scheduled for a particular day at the designated locations, he will remain at the county building in Olean.
