(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – The United Veterans Council of Jamestown invites the public to join in a special Memorial Day ceremony on May 23rd, 2024, at 4 p.m., to honor veterans’ service through the placement of American flags at Soldier Circle in Lakeview Cemetery.

On May 23rd, 2024, at 4 p.m., the United Veterans Council of Jamestown will host a poignant Memorial Day ceremony at Soldier Circle in Lakeview Cemetery. “This ceremony is a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country,” said Mayor Kimberly Ecklund, who will be in attendance to show her support and pay her respects to the veterans. “We encourage everyone in the community to join us in honoring our veterans.”
