On the night of May 19, 2024, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nicholas Gross, 38, of Forestville, NY, for driving while intoxicated.
The incident occurred around 10:53 PM during a routine patrol in the Town of Cherry Creek. Deputies stopped Gross’s vehicle for an alleged traffic violation. Upon investigation, they determined he was intoxicated. Gross was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and moving from lane unsafely. He was taken to a Chautauqua County Sheriff’s substation for processing and subsequently released with tickets to appear in the Town of Cherry Creek court.
